Operations and Culture Today
Quality and Continuous Improvement – Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
As an electronics manufacturing (EMS) company, quality and professional excellence are at the heart of everything we do. The more complex the tasks our clients entrust to us, the greater our responsibility to deliver at the highest possible standard – as this builds customer satisfaction and long-term trust. Our commitment to quality is not merely an operational principle, but a mindset we embed at every level of our organisation.
Our primary goal is continuous daily improvement: learning consciously from our experiences and avoiding repetition of mistakes. To achieve this, we are building a learning organisation where every decision and process is guided by awareness, consistency and foresight.
Quality is built on a well-prepared, knowledgeable and up-to-date team. We place great emphasis on continuous education – through professional courses, external and internal trainings, workshops and by broadening our perspective on wider societal and global issues. Our long-term aim is to make this approach increasingly visible in company-wide initiatives – because quality reflects not only in our work, but in our mindset and operations.
How Our Corporate Culture Evolved
As our organisation has grown, we have placed great emphasis on ensuring that our corporate culture grows with it. We are committed to preserving the friendly, people-centred atmosphere that has characterised us from the beginning – an approach that has a direct impact on ElektroMont’s everyday operations and business results.
For a team approaching 100 employees, balancing professional, process-driven operations with a supportive, open, trust-based work environment is a real challenge. ElektroMont achieves this balance through full trust in employees and a leadership style built on partnership.
Our leaders support every team member – regardless of position – in being open, transparent and responsible, always adapting to individual needs and responsibilities. We value proactivity, constructive feedback and employee-generated ideas as key drivers of the company’s continuous development.
This approach maintains a balanced and sustainable workload that strengthens motivation, loyalty and long-term commitment, while strategic decisions shaping the Company’s future remain with our leadership team.

Events – Driving Community and Connection
We believe colleagues need space not only for focused work, but also for recharging and building genuine connections. We create opportunities for employees to connect beyond daily tasks and enjoy shared experiences.
Our annual Challenge Day, the year-end celebration, and the EM Family Day – open to employees’ loved ones – are all key parts of this philosophy.
Employee-initiated activities are also gaining momentum, from group running and football to participation in major sporting events such as the SPAR Marathon or Ultrabalaton. ElektroMont not only supports but actively encourages these initiatives.
These shared experiences strengthen team spirit, enhance employee satisfaction and motivation, and play a vital role in continuously shaping our corporate culture.
Information Sharing – Transparent, Timely, Effective
Poorly timed or unclear internal communication can lead to uncertainty, misunderstandings and gaps in information flow. Recognising these risks, we prioritise transparent, consistent and accessible communication across the organisation.
During our quarterly company-wide briefings, colleagues receive updates on upcoming events, completed and planned developments, and the Company’s performance.
This is complemented by ad-hoc focus group discussions and targeted briefings ensuring timely, relevant information for each employee.
Beyond personal communication, we use multiple online platforms for fast and accessible information flow. These channels also enable employees to share relevant updates, organise activities and further strengthen internal cohesion.
Balance: Work, Family, Well-being
At ElektroMont, we believe continuous development and competitiveness require a stable, committed team with long-term vision. Therefore, we work every day to create and maintain a predictable, safe and people-centred environment where colleagues truly feel genuinely valued – and see a future with us.
Open communication is a core value: our leaders operate with an open-door policy, whether discussing professional topics, workplace matters or even personal challenges. We support our colleagues to the best of our abilities.
Family-friendliness is a pillar of our operations. We support work-life balance through several measures:
a work schedule limited to weekdays, with a maximum of two shifts in our production area;
flexible working hours for employees with young children, with the option of part-time work if needed;
careful capacity planning to ensure that colleagues are not burdened with excessive overtime or weekend work;
through our PihenEM programme, we not only allow time off but also provide financial support for employees’ rest and recreation;
parents of school-aged children receive educational support;
we organise a Family Day every year, to which employees’ family members are also invited.Employee well-being and health are equally important to us.
Employee well-being and health are equally important. We promote health-conscious lifestyles through regular fruit days and support for community sports initiatives.
To strengthen team spirit and reduce workplace stress, we organise our annual EM Challenge Day with sports, games, and shared experiences. At year’s end – before our winter shutdown – we celebrate our collective achievements together.
Our Goals
We aim to create a safe, predictable, transparent and trustworthy work environment built on consistency, responsibility, customer focus and a deep commitment to quality. We strive to maintain a family-like atmosphere that supports personal and collective growth while ensuring employee well-being.
Our long-term goal is to build a stable, sustainable and future-proof organisation with a diverse customer base, optimal capacity utilisation and steady growth – all while preserving the values rooted in our history as a family business: reliability and community spirit.
We want ElektroMont to be the employer of choice for regional professionals: offering competitive benefits, a modern and inspiring work environment, a supportive atmosphere and opportunities to participate in exciting, value-creating projects. We aim to build a workplace where people enjoy working, want to stay, and feel motivated to grow together.
