Serial production

ElektroMont Kft. works out the necessary manufacturing documentation and implements the high-quality assembling of the product. Our three up-to-date fully automated SMT manufacturing lines, manual and automated soldering and conformal coating technologies ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products. Efficiency of serial production can be enhanced with the full or partial use of automated soldering technologies. Elektromont uses JTC SM-450 and Vitronics DELTA5 types of wave soldering machines for this purpose. Full or partial surface protection of the assembled printed circuit boards is ensured with our automated conformal coating machine. While using our additional services the manufactured products can be delivered to the customer or even placed on the shelves of different stores within a short period.
