the Foundation of Reliable Electronics Manufacturing
Our manufacturing plant, fully owned by ElektroMont since 2018, is located in the ElektroMont industrial park in Pásztó, Hungary. The facility represents the technological and operational backbone of our electronics manufacturing services, providing a stable, transparent, and scalable production environment for our partners.
Manufacturing activities are carried out in an ESD-protected 3,500 sqm facility, equipped with three identical, fully automated SMT lines. This setup ensures consistent quality, high repeatability, and efficient capacity utilization for both prototype and serial manufacturing.
In addition to SMT production, our manufacturing hall supports manual and automated THT assembly, mechanical assembly, conformal coating, and a wide range of complementary electronics manufacturing services. Thanks to the available space within the industrial park, the plant is well prepared for future capacity expansion in line with market demand and long-term customer requirements.
Owning our manufacturing plant allows us to deliver full-service electronics manufacturing under one roof.
Beyond SMT and THT soldering, we provide material handling, intermediate and final product warehousing,
as well as complete box-building services, ensuring seamless production flow from components to finished products.

Own warehouses enable flexible handling of customer needs
For maximum efficiency, our warehouses are located directly inside the manufacturing facility, enabling fast material flow and secure, separated storage. Our total warehouse capacity exceeds 1,000 sqm.
The material warehouse offers 650 storage locations for electronic components, while our pallet storage area supports up to 450 pallets to ensure flexible customer service and production planning. Separate storage zones for materials and finished products contribute to traceability, quality assurance, and delivery reliability.
A dedicated dispatch warehouse supports efficient product delivery, offering standardized or customer-specific packaging solutions for finished goods.
