Continuous developments – efficient contract manufacturing – flexible services
We keep on continuously developing our services and manufacturing capacities. Besides our experienced professionals participate in trainings in order that we can fulfil the highest level of customer expectations. The wide range of high-quality services are provided to our partners in line with the continuously changing market tendencies. We ensure our customers individual solutions covering the whole aspect of electronics contract manufacturing. Long-term cooperation, partnership and high-level of flexibility are of primary importance for us in customer management.
We at ElektroMont believe in the importance of continuous developments and therefore place great emphasis on the continuous modernisation in technology.
In line with market tendencies we purchased an up-to-date lasermarking equipment in 2024. Introducing the individual PCB identification system enables the all-round monitoring of the whole manufacturing process. Following the marking of printed circuit boards prepared for SMT-manufacturing the whole life-cycle of each PCB.
For improved contract manufacturing efficiency a new wave soldering equipment has been purchased. The two wave soldering machines used by ElektroMont highly contribute to the high-quality implementation of serial manufacturings enabling the use of this technology.
In order to maintain the high-level of customer service the territories of our TH-unit and of the warehouses have been significantly increased.
Prior to that (in 2022 and 2023) an investment in the value of EUR 1.000.000 has been performed targeting the modernisation and extension of our plant and the development of our industrial park.
As part of this investment Panasonic SPG-2 printers, Panasonic AM100 automated assembling equipments, Nutek loaders, unloaders ad conveyors, Heller reflow ovens, a Hawkeye 1000 X-Ray componenet counter and Mirtec 3D AOI devices have been purchased.
Besides the technology improvement and the related professional education of our employees we continuously develop our industrial park and it’s infrastructure in order that we can provide our customers services of the highest level. These developments contribute to the further expansion of our basic and additional services and to the possible enlargement of our manufacturing territories ensuring significant capacity increase in any manufacturing area.
Keeping the optimal level in HR-capacities are of great importance for us, therefore we continuously increase the number of employees.
