As an EMS partner we support our customers with full electronics assembly services including additional (supplementary) services as well!
Let the task be prototyping, the manufacturing of unique samples, small-, middle- or large serial manufacturing, Elektromont offers its customers a wide range of high-quality services. These services cover the whole manufacturing process of the final product. As we are an EMS partner, depending on the requirements, our cooperation in work can start already in the planning and development phase. The support continues even following the classic manufacturing processes. Over the basic PCB-assembly services our additional electronics services provided help our customers in meeting their business targets. We are engaged in providing our partners high-quality full services ensuring them their products are in our safe hands from the first steps. This kind of partnership enables them to focus on other value-adding business processes.
Laser marking
individual PCB identification
During the laser marking process each individual PCB will be marked with an individual code. This code has no influence on the further assembling technologies used. The marking is of small size, enables electronic scanning and processing of the saved data and provides an environmental friendly solution for traceability.
The use of the identification method enables the all-round monitoring of the full manufacturing process starting with the removal of PCB from stock until shipment to the customer. The laser marking technology gives the opportunity to follow the whole cycle of an assembled board. Using this process the exact time of manufacturing of a board and the assembling SM-line can be determined, AOI pictures can be assigned to and further manufacturing steps can be registered and become traceable.
Packaging
Based on individual customer requirements we apply different types of packaging materials and methods for the protection of assembled circuit boards.
Packaging materials used by Elektromont always provide full ESD-protection to your manufactured products.
Upon customer request one-way, return or even individual packaging materials are purchased, ensuring that your products get directly to the shops or to the final customer.
Delivery services
Elektromont provides its customers different kinds of delivery services following the packaging of assembled circuit boards or even final products.
Way and place of delivery is always based on individual customer agreement. As part of the basic service, products are handed over at our manufacturing plant in Pásztó on business days and during business hours.
Upon individual customer needs a door-to-door delivery service is provided with our own vehicle. Besides this our cooperative business partners ensure further delivery options providing flexibility.
Our door-to-door delivery service is provided as a supplementary service.
